An extension to, and reconfiguration of, a detached house in Walthamstow Village.

This project is a small but hardworking side extension, providing much-needed additional space, and opening up the existing ground floor rooms for modern living. It includes a cloakroom, guest toilet, utility room and study. The extension will be clad in reclaimed timber saved from landfill and will have the traditional local green windows reinstated.
